Eric assisted me in the sale of my two-family property in Malden, and he was phenomenal from start to finish. My sale was somewhat complicated by a challenging tenant and the fact that I had moved out of state. Eric was not only the most willing to help of all the agent's I spoke to, but he consistently went above and beyond throughout the process. He made it easy to manage the sale from across the country, handled the tenants, and dealt with the minor issues that came up. He was also professional, and extremely responsive and accessible via phone, email, text, etc. I would use Eric again in a heartbeat.
Eric Glassoff acted as our buyer agent for a 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Somerville, MA. Both my husband and I were very impressed and would highly recommend him to anyone in the Boston-metro area or moving from out of town. We couldn't have been happier with him. I would not hesitate to use Eric in the future to sell our house either. He was professional, seemed to really understand what we were wanting in our house purchase, was easily accessible and responsive, and gave us helpful pointers about buying a house in the Boston metro area without pushing his opinions on us about what he felt we should buy. He also helped us strategically place an offer and made the entire house-buying process a pleasure rather than a hassle. Overall, my husband and I could not believe our cross-country house-buying process went as smoothly as it did, and we really feel this was largely in part due to Eric. We were referred to Eric from a military relocation program, who had highly recommended him. Eric contacted us within 24 hours of our referral to help us get started with buying our new house. We were moving to the Boston-metro area from Colorado and had only 1 week to house-hunt in Boston. Despite the short timeframe, Eric made this process go as smoothly as possible for us with very helpful pre-planning and kept in contact with us frequently prior to our house-hunting trip. He set up an automated email program that sent us new real estate listings daily with specifications we were looking for and within our price range. A few days prior to our trip, we emailed him a list of houses we wanted to view and he set up appointments. We spent 3 days looking at numerous listings, and made our offer. After closing, Eric went above and beyond by holding our keys for us until we arrived, and meeting us on a Sunday so we could move into our new house right away. He could have easily left the keys with an office staff member. It was the little things that Eric did to help us that made this process go so smoothly and we really appreciated it.

As first time home buyers the process can be a very intimidating experience. Eric was a joy to work with from start to finish. From the first initial meeting, he listened to us and understood exactly what we wanted and didn't try to waste our time with properties that were way beyond our means. He also did a great job in keeping us focused. In the end, we found the condo of our dreams. Eric was very good with helping us decide what our offer should be and what appropriate counter would work. Eric was our seller's agent and buyer's agent for 2 real estate transactions: Sale of a 2 BR, 2BA condo in Allston. and Purchase of a townhome in Wellesley. We worked with Eric to sell our condo and purchase a new home. He was a pleasure to work with throughout the entirety of both processes. He is so friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. He was always easy to reach, and very proactive. Our sale experience was fantastic -- In summary, we had an offer immediately after our first and only open house for a price that fell right in our target range! The story: When we decided to sell our condo, we met with several realtors and chose Eric because of his knowledge of our local market and his commitment to work hard to sell our home. He also provided great references from sellers and buyers. Eric helped determine the best price to list our home using comparables and features of our condo (he came to visit our home in person). We talked about timing of the listing (based on his knowledge of the local market in Allston/Brighton), and he gave us a list of suggestions to prepare the place for an open house/photos. One of these suggestions was to meet with a stager who gave us an initial consultation and list of items to remove, furniture to rearrange, etc. We followed all of his suggestions (none of the suggestions were expensive or difficult), and, within hours of our first open house, we had an offer! Eric negotiated with the buyer and helped us reach a price that we were very happy with. In our particular case, our first offer fell through, but Eric had a great backup offer for us within hours. Throughout the entire sale process, Eric was extremely responsive-- he would answer calls and emails at all hours of the day and provided us with constant communication about where we were in the sale process, what our buyer's agent was communicating to him, etc. Any time we had concerns or questions, he would address them immediately! When the buyer or anyone related to our sale needed access to our home, Eric always made sure that it was at a time/day that accomodated our strange schedules and he was ALWAYS there with them. Our purchase experience with Eric was also great. Once we had accepted the offer on our condo, we began the process of looking for a new home. Eric was again very responsive-- if we were interested in seeing a place, he would set up an appointment immediately! He was very helpful during the showings-- he would point out features that we really thought were neat, and would also point out items that we might find to be problematic. Eric also was great at giving us privacy and time to discuss the places we were seeing. He was never pushy! In our situation, we saw several homes more than once, and placed offers on quite a few places. In each case, Eric put the offer together very quickly, provided us with suggestions on how to much to offer based on comparables, and worked very hard to negotiate in a such a hot market. We eventually found a place that was perfect for us, and Eric helped us through the entire purchase process. We purchased new construction (which has its own complications) and had to meet with the builder many times. Eric was there with us for every step. We ended up closing on our sale and our purchase on the same day so that we could avoid moving more than once. Eric was with us in every step along the way. We are so happy in our new home now, and we owe much of that to Eric. When the time comes again that we have to move (although we love this house so much that it's hard to contemplate moving), we will definitely go to Eric first!

First let me say that I'm one of those people that thinks I can do everything myself. Part of that is that I often find that I do things better than anyone I could possibly hire. The other part of that is that I don't like to spend money unnecessarily. With that said I am extremely thankful that I had a flash of good sense and hired Eric Glassoff to represent us in what turned out to be somewhat difficult real estate transactions. Eric was incredibly thoughtful, caring and understanding as we sold the house I grew up in and my parents lived in for well over 50 years. He made what could and probably would have been a traumatic and emotionally charged time period very manageable. He was thorough, patient, and extremely attentive to our needs. Best of all I always felt he had my back and I never once felt alone. I know that sounds a bit odd when you consider that I am describing real estate but these were trying circumstances for me and my family. And when others dropped the ball Eric gladly picked up the slack and kept the process moving forward.
